Gotham Greens grows lettuce and herbs hydroponically in a greenhouse in Brooklyn.

Their produce is free of chemical pesticides, and uses significantly less water and land than conventional and organic farms. It can can be picked ripe and delivered to market in New York city on the same morning. Best of all, it’s delicious, and available at a range of stores and restaurants, including Whole Foods, Eataly and Gramercy Tavern.

The branding used a minimal palette to bring out the exceptional vibrancy of the greens.

Role: Art Direction & Design. Made at Kettle.
